September was a big month for Walter and his team. His month consisted of 8 different cities, 10 different speaking engagements and connecting with over 5,000 people through his dynamic and inspiring messages of teamwork, motivation, leadership and goal setting.

From celebrating hard work and commitment in Minneapolis at the Allianz Employee appreciation banquet to discussing steps to get to the next level to pharmacists in San Antonio, Walter turned rooms full of individuals who all work at the same place into passionate and unified teammates.

He spent a gorgeous afternoon on the grounds of Disney’s Yacht Club Resort speaking to a room full of Jersey Mike’s subs franchise owners, discussing the five different types of people every team needs to be successful.

He empowered large audiences in Durant Oklahoma and Michigan City, Indiana, covering topics that radically shifted the mindset of hundreds of business owners and invoked a passion for change.

As the month came to a close, Walter and his wife Antionette worked tirelessly to prepare for another busy season of engagements, keynote messages, travel, and coaching. As we creep into October, Walter is more focused than ever on reaching, coaching, and motivating more people so they can get to the next level.

And while September was a month of busyness, it wasn’t all business. During the month of September, Walter and Antoinette celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary. They also had the opportunity to visit their 3 college kids in Washington DC and went to the University of MN vs Maryland football game in College Park, MD.

As we begin a new month, Walter’s focus for October is developing more trainings that help develop the fundamentals.

With his calendar already filling up and engagements being scheduled for 2019, Walter and his team are looking forward to meeting new people, reconnecting with old friends visiting new places and preparing for the holidays in the upcoming months.
